Private Pay Residents:

We believe luxury means peace of mind. For our private-pay residents, all care services, personal assistance, and premium hospitality amenities are included in one simple, predictable monthly rate.Your fees will never increase just because your care needs change.

• Move-In Promotion: Move in before December 31st, and the standard Security Deposit is completely waived!
• Community Fee: $500 (A one-time, non-refundable fee covering the pre-admission clinical assessment, administration, and luxury suite prep)

Flat Monthly Rates (Includes Room, Board, Amenities & ALL Care) Your single monthly payment fully covers 24/7 care assistance (including all Levels of Care and medication management), gourmet chef-prepared meals (3 daily plus premium snacks), daily housekeeping, weekly linen/personal laundry, utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV access, and curated wellness activities. 

• Luxury Standard Suite — Semi-Private (Shared Bedroom & Luxury Bath) — $4,500 / month per resident
• Luxury Standard Suite — Private (Private Bedroom, Shared Luxury Bath) — $6,000 / month
• Luxury Deluxe Suite — Private (Private Bedroom, Exclusive En-Suite Private Bath — Only 1 Available) — $6,800 / month

MARYLAND MEDICAID WAIVER PROGRAM 

We proudly accept the Maryland Community Options Waiver. Per state regulatory mandates, Medicaid billing cannot be bundled and must be split into two separate components: 

1. Resident Monthly Contribution (Room & Board)

• Monthly Rent: $1,500 / month
• Details: Maryland Medicaid laws require waiver recipients to contribute their countable monthly income (such as Social Security) directly toward Room & Board.

• Note: The $500 community fee and standard security deposits are waived for active Medicaid waiver slots. 

2. State-Funded Level of Care (LoC) Reimbursement RatesThe state of Maryland reimburses our facility directly for care based on the resident's state-approved medical acuity level. The resident or family is never billed for these care tiers:

• Level 1 (Low Care Support): $1,024/Month 
• Level 2 (Intermediate Care Support):$2,054/Month 
• Level 3 (Comprehensive/High Acuity:$2,482/Month

3. Equal Standard of Luxury LivingIn compliance with state provider guidelines, all residents receive the exact same high-end standard of living. Medicaid waiver participants enjoy the identical gourmet meals, 24/7 care assistance, laundry, activities, and upscale home environment as our private-pay residents.

OPTIONAL ANCILLARY SERVICESAvailable to all residents; billed monthly based on usage:

• Exclusive 1-on-1 Care Concierge: $36 / hour (Dedicated, individual staff attention tailored for custom companion care, isolated behavioral support, or specialized bedside assistance outside of general facility care routines).
• Incontinence Care Supplies Package: $150 / month (Includes all community-provided high-quality briefs, pads, and wipes).
• Specialized Therapeutic Diets: $200 / month (Pureed, renal, or specific allergen-free gourmet meals requiring custom ingredient sourcing).
• Medical Transportation Concierge: $75 per round-trip (Within a 10-mile radius of zip code 21215)
